Intercultural Family Day

Dr. Walter Baar, an advisor to the Austrian parliament on family matters, spoke about „Perspectives in Austrian family Politics“. Rev. Peter Zöhrer explained core family values in the Unification tradition. Following his lecture Dr. Mousa, head of the Al-Azhar international school, gave a Muslim perspective. Then Besim Yildiz gave an insight about family life in the Orthodox tradition and Mr. Khayat spoke about the difficult situation of Christians in the Middle East. In the afternoon Mag. Maria Neuberger-Schmidt, the founding president of „Elternwerkstatt“, organized a workshop where realistic family situations where simulated.
